General Information
> Submissions will be reviewed, and those selected will be notified by Friday, September 29th, 2023.
> If accepted, the session will take place on December 6th, 2023, at the Maassilo, Rotterdam, during RSGS. Our team will assist you with logistical and organizational aspects.
> Potential formats for session proposals include panels, presentations, or roundtable sessions.
> If you encounter any technical issues regarding while filling out the form, or if you have any other questions regarding the call for sessions, please reach out to rsgs@inspir8ion.nl.
prerequisites
> In submitting your session proposal, you will be the primary contact/sessions organizer and are responsible for all session information related to the session proposal.
> Your session proposal must take around 60 minutes. This can possibly consist of approximately a 45-minute presentation and a 15-minute Q&A.
> Once your session proposal is submitted, it cannot be edited.
> Before submitting your session proposal, you will make sure you have carefully read and understood the prerequisites.

PANEL
Diverse discussion around a specific topic consisting of 3-4 panelists and led by one moderator.
presentation
Deep dive into a particular topic or case study complemented by a showcase presentation.
roundtable
Knowledge-based discussion on a singular topic involving no more than 6 audience members, led by one moderator.
