RSGS

Organized by INSPIR8ION, Rotterdam Serious Games Summit (RSGS) is a premier event that aims to unite and energize the Dutch Serious Games ecosystem and beyond. It's a platform for showcasing the transformative power of Serious Games across various sectors, including education, health, mobility, defense, corporate training and development, urban planning, and more. RSGS aims to amplify the understanding of Serious Games' positive impact and their role in reshaping the future workforce through upskilling, reskilling and continuous learning.

RSGS takes place on December 6th, 2023, at the Maassilo in Rotterdam. More details about the venue and how to get there can be found in the FAQ section Travel and Venue.

RSGS is open to anyone interested in serious games and their application across various sectors. This includes industry professionals, representatives from education, health, mobility, defense, corporate training and development, urban planning and mobility sectors, and more.

At RSGS, you can expect a variety of sessions, including keynote presentations, panel discussions, roundtables, and interactive playground demonstrations. You'll also have the opportunity to network with industry leaders and professionals, stay abreast of trends and new developments in the field, and try out the latest serious games firsthand.

1. Legends (€12,500 excl. VAT): Main event sponsor with extensive marketing benefits, speaker session or playground space, 10 summit tickets, 3 VIP dinner tickets, and prominent logo placement.
2. Heroes (€7,500 excl. VAT): Marketing benefits, speaker session or playground space, 7 summit tickets, 2 VIP dinner tickets, and logo placement.
3. Game Changers (€5,000 excl. VAT): Marketing benefits, 5 summit tickets, 1 VIP dinner ticket, and logo placement.

The deadline for sponsorship is Friday, October 29th, 2023.

All sponsors will be acknowledged in our event program, on our website, and in various event communications. The level of acknowledgement depends on the sponsorship package chosen.

The open call for proposal submissions has now closed as of September 15th. We are no longer accepting new proposals. 

Session proposals were accepted until Friday, September 15th, 2023.

The sessions will be approximately 1 hour, including time for questions and discussion.

Session proposals are undergoing a review process. Selected applicants will be notified by Friday, September 29th, 2023.

Standard session rooms are equipped with a projector, screen, and microphone. If you have additional technical requirements, please let us know in your session proposal.

The RSGS exhibitor zone is a dedicated space for organisations to set up booths and showcase their businesses, products, and services to attendees. It's an opportunity to interact with visitors, establish communication with stakeholders, and present your business in a dynamic and engaging environment.

The Exhibitor Zone and Playground Area will colocate in the same space at the venue for a dynamic environment where game demonstrations and business interactions coexist.

While the Playground is all about hands-on experiences with the latest in game design, the adjacent Exhibitor spaces are designed for business collaborations, networking, and forging meaningful connections with industry stakeholders. The Playground Area and Exhibitor Zone will share one large room at the venue for a dynamic environment where game demonstrations and business interactions coexist.

Any company or individual involved in the development or application of serious games can apply to exhibit in the RSGS Playground. This includes game developers, educational institutions, healthcare providers, government agencies, and more.

The open call for exhibitors has now closed as of September 15th. We are no longer accepting new proposals.

Tickets for the Rotterdam Serious Games Summit can be purchased directly from our website. Please visit our ticketing page for more information and to make your purchase.

The registration fee for RSGS varies based on the time of purchase. We offer three ticket tiers:

1. Pioneer Pass (€299,00 excl. VAT): Available from September 1st at 10:00 hrs CET until September 20th, 2023.
2. Summit Explorer (€325,00 excl. VAT): Available from September 21st to November 19th, 2023.
3. Sprinter Access (€375 excl. VAT): Available from November 21st to December 5th, 2023 at 17:00 hrs CET.

Whether you're traveling by metro, tram, bus, or water taxi, you'll find stops conveniently located less than 50 meters from the entrance.
